Oooh, they stock a soil sensor! When I was doing some gardening, I ended up buying one from China, and it was very poor quality, absolutely not open source, and definitely without monitoring capabilities. I didn't even know such a thing existed.
@nina_kali_nina and it's called b-parasite v1.2. It sounds like it was some nightmarish mecha or something.
