I've been thinking about this for a long time and I feel stupid for not knowing the solution.

How should I accept money meant for operating costs for my local meetup community? Do I take it under personal account? Do I set up a nonprofit org? Am I overthinking things?

- I want sponsors to give $$$ to the community
- I want to charge attendees $
- I want to park and pool the money from the above sources somewhere, so that whenever needed, I could book a venue, print stickers, buy AV equips
