@VolkerKrause Where do these messages come from? Does the government expose some API endpoints there or just a proxy from e.g. GCM that they presumably do support?

@z3ntu The server part of this is polling ~100 different weather and emergency alert feeds from all over the world and allows you to subscribe to push notifications for areas of interest - early demo/prototype stage only though: invent.kde.org/vkrause/kpublic
