@joe-lawrence I found that you have already a v7 of klp-convert patchset in your github. Do you plan to send the new version to the ML anytime soon?
@mpdesouza Hi, yea that v7 is in progress for a while. If you are working on selftest reorg, don't hesitate to post your work first. The klp-convert patchset isn't in any hurry and I can rebase accordingly.
@joe-lawrence actually i'ts #hackweed at SUSE, so I started looking at klp-convert trying to understand and test it, and maybe comment on the patches :)
@mpdesouza cool, thanks for taking a look. Feel free to ask any questions about the concept or the repo. I don't normally organize patchsets in this fashion, but it's been a lot of work to build and test for so many arches. (Also the kernel selftest infra is not really designed to verify build failures.).
@joe-lawrence Thanks! We would like to have this merged to adapt our tooling around klp-convert to stop relying on kallsyms.
Maybe I could check kselftess to verify build failures since I've being trying to understand its Makefile black magic...
