Forgejo Actions is now in alpha, with an extensive user and administrator guide. The Forgejo home page for a user can be customized with a Markdown file. Self-moderation tools can block users from interacting with the repositories of a user or an org. Issues can be pinned. The SWIFT, debian, RPM, alpine, Go and CRAN registries are supported. Many new API endpoints are available.

@forgejo Maybe I don't see it, but how to set the actions up when Forgejo itself runs as a Docker container? Especially when the actions seem to be based on Docker on their own ... What do I miss here?
