Had a good meeting today about our #UN systemwide OSPO teams' plans to bring the world's #OpenSource community back to UNHQ in #NewYork again this summer. We got a ton of great feedback that we've been able to integrate into this year's plans.
Still a few things to be approved, but should be an even bigger and better event than last year. More soon.
Meanwhile it might have become much more important that the protocol is open too and that facts become open.

PS Still loving New York :)
@sl007 Looks like important content we should try to include this year. Hoping to expand/maximize our space for such things much more this year.
@downey
This would be nice and it would in general be favourable if such things could be tackled by the UN !!! (!)
Maybe think about virtual participation (although as said loving NY ;)
PS Wrote in various german books; Book Tables for events are magic too.
Frequent reminder to the @EUCommission that fascist Elon Musk is since 3 years a TFEU §102 case.
Do not let it be the task of Germany alone now.
If you commit perversion of justice, you are guilty too.
@mxmehl @openrail Ooh, I hope so.
I imagine once again this year we will have more interest than available space even if we are successful to get more space. The ECOSOC chamber where we met last year can seat about 400 then it's a big jump up to the GA Hall which is like 1800. So we're not yet certain which spaces we will be able to get.
Regardless I personally hope to see lots of public service focused orgs like OR there. We want good representation by both "supply side" and "demand side".
