The last #KDE For page, I worked on, just got released :) Check it out at https://kde.org/for/activists/
Two more pages are in the pipeline and should be released in the next two weeks.
@carlschwan Very cool page!
@carlschwan Great work, as always :)
@carlschwan this is awesome!
@carlschwan these pages are so cool! We talked about doing something similar for elementary, but never got around to it. Nice work on shipping this—it’s so great to be able to give specific messaging to what some might consider is a niche target audience, while clearly demonstrating the value with product features.
If someone fits into that audience, it’s all that much more meaningful to them!
@cassidy Yeah exactly and they seem to be quite popular so it's a good sign.
It's also for us a good opportunity to promote some less know apps from kde but also from other open-source organizations (e.g. the next one will even feature quite prominently a GNOME circle app).
@carlschwan
Great work!
One more reason to love KDE.
Nice !
Is PlasmaVault easily usable outside #KDE ?
What's it doing better than #Veracrypt ?
@lienrag Plasma Vault is just a friendly ui on top of CrypFs, EncFs or gocryptfs which is integrated with Plasma and KIO. It's not really usable outside of Plasma.
@carlschwan I love this whole ”kde for” series, keep it coming!
