I try to rate-limit myself to N boosts or posts per day, where N has gradually slid upwards a bit...

One of the metrics I use to decide who I follow is how often they post... many posts per day make me less likely to subscribe.

Makes for a hard call when someone is prolific with good content, but I only have so many hours a day!
