Not that politicians have signed papers or that some Western countries grow without increasing fossil fuel consumption (usually because industry is outsourced to non-Western countries instead).
Just... Are we on track in any way at all? Globally speaking.
@Sandra yes, but does that mean we're burning less fossil fuels? :/ afaik a lot of fossil is burned to manufacture solar panels, and solar is primarily used to *add* more energy generation rather than replacing existing.
