As a @gnome user I have a soft spot for GNOME Web. I gave it a full day of using today and no, it still can't be my daily driver. The biggest showstopper is no WebAuthn support since I use a hardware token to log in to many online services.

Hardware acceleration of video playback also seems to be way less optimized than in Firefox. And wow, it's really memory hungry. I opened a few tabs and it jumped up to 2 GB like nothing.

That and no really good protection plugins like in FF... You can't go out unprotected on today's internet!
