We thank every single donor and appreciate every donation we have received. Every € will be used wisely and will help support KDE contributors in their task of creating the best Free Software for the whole wide world.

The fundraiser is not over! We want to reach €70K by the end of January, but we would like to start acknowledging all those who have adopted KDE apps and made our community's job easier.
We start by sending out our gratitude to Tanguy Fardet and dabe for adopting NeoChat, our native Matrix chat app that works both on desktop and mobile devices. You can still adopt it as there are 3 slots left.
Tokodon, KDE's Mastodon app for desktop and mobile, has been adopted by @petejones, @DaisyLee and Karcsesz, and still has 2 slots left.
@kde@floss.social @DaisyLee @petejones @kde@lemmy.kde.social this may be a loaded question, but when will we see KDE on mobile? I dream of the day when, whatever device I pick, even if it is someone else's or a loaner from the hotel, I sign in and all my stuff is there, familiar and ready to use.
Web-based is almost there, but I'd rather it worked like KDE

I see on the list of supported devices that my old Samsung Tab A T350 is a likely candidate for #postmarketos although without any camera. It's tempting, but I would first want to know if it is indeed any faster than it was in android 7, or at least no slower

Note that Plasma Mobile is still an experimental system. Your mileage will vary A LOT in many areas.

At some point, I would like to see a #Bazzite version using Kinoite Mobile's image. I think Plasma Mobile would be right at home on my Steam Deck and Lenovo 2-in-1 Tablet.
