v1.19 was just released! Get it at forgejo.org/download/.

It comes with an extensive user guide, derived for the most part from the @Codeberg documentation, and an admin guide that covers upgrades and configuration.

The most prominent new features are (i) an experimental CI/CD (ii) commenting on an issue or a pull request via email (iii) long awaited scoped tokens.
