Okay, so a tech nonprofit I'm involved in has discussed moving the Mastodon account from mastodon.social to a smaller instance -- with fosstodon repeatedly suggested. But here on my own timeline in the last few days alone, just by chance, I've noticed both @downey and @aral being blocked by fosstodon and that concerns me. And I hope our nonprofit finds a good instance that isn't fosstodon.
We have some FLOSS-focused nonprofits on our instance. As long as their intention is not overly commercial their application would probably pass our review.
