Hey users.

Does this make sense? I want the Ctrl+X function (Cut selected nodes) to actually separate the lines of a closed path (see video) instead of what it does today which is splice in a weird line.

Good change?

I found the proposition much more natural than the existing one! 🤩

@doctormo It looks like currently Delete removes nodes leaving a straight line, while Ctrl+X leaves a curved line. It's essentially the same function.

That's what I'd expect to happen.

Just one thing - why are they later pasted in a slightly different position? Function of mouse position?

With the current behavior its easier to get to the state of this behavior than the other way around. That should not be neglected.
