What #film or #tv show - (past or current) brings you joy?
Right now I find Julia (on Max) just delightful. The series follows Julia Child as she creates The French Chef.
While I admit I may be biased given I work on a PBS #food show, I don’t think that’s it. The actors are outstanding & it’s beautifully filmed - the colors are somehow both realistic & richer than real life. Characters are people I want to spend time with & every episode makes me smile.
@Sheril My top favourite films appear to be the Back to the Future, Lord of the Rings, & (Sam Raimi/Tobey Maguire) Spiderman trilogies! Spiderverse too, but its not a trilogy *yet*. There's other movies I like too, but I find these ones endlessly rewatchable!
For shows I mostly enjoy internet-audio now (ask if interested), but the Lackadaisy pilot (https://iron-circus.itch.io/ or https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vffu6FG4YP4) is great. And as a child I loved Dr Who & Fringe!
