Just did some final cleanup on HURL, so that if after dinner I can publish a new release!

I tried seeing if there was a nicer way to write my localizations (not as much nicer as I hoped, but ah well), & I allowed callers to swap out their own localizations in case e.g. they don't want any HTML. Possibly turning my internal representation into an exception they can catch!

But first, hunger...
