@andreas thanks nitrohorse, now I learned two important things: first is how an email phishing works, and second is that a password manager (I use KeePassXC) is apparently effective to protect us in this case.

@ademalsasa @andreas I use KeePassXC, but without integration into the browser, thus it would not have protected me.

@ademalsasa Yes that is right. I also did not realize before, that an integrated password manager protects the user in such cases.
