@ademalsasa And KDE Neon?
@LETRA I have no information regarding KDE neon yet. Have you?
@ademalsasa Hi, I don't have it, but I mentioned it because I think the official distribution of the second most used desktop environment in GNU/Linux deserved to be named before several others that appeared in your message.
@ademalsasa Anyway, it is surprising that many applications and Linux systems do not have or do not publish on their webpages their federative accounts but they do with Facebook or Twitter accounts. This is an attitude that is not very careful with the free ecosystem.
@LETRA to this concern, yes, that is why I take my time to make this post. Thank you, you helped me spread this awareness.
@foxhkron thanks, Toromino. I wish Gentoo will join Mastodon soon.
@ademalsasa this may be a dumb question but what does it mean for a distro to be on mastodon? Like an official acount?
@tuh thanks for your concern. It is just as my post says, at the moment I just want availability of them here regardless it is official or not. I wish by seeing this active post they will be interested to join Mastodon.
Sadly most of them are unoffical, bots or not maintained. :-(
@GeorgLehmann I am aware of that and I wish that changes when the real ones joined.
@Ahuka hello Ahuka, it is just as my post displays, the availability of them at Mastodon, regardless they are official or not. I wish more GNU/Linux distros join Mastodon soon.
@ademalsasa What does "join" mean here? I'm still very unclear on this. Does it mean having a client available?
@Ahuka like the post portrays, it means they have official accounts here, Ahuka.
@chuculate to my understanding, because Fediverse is still new.
Pop!_OS is easily my favorite distribution so far. It has the least bloatware and very obviously the most streamlined interface for developers.
@CaptainJinglePants thank you, I haven't tried Pop so this is news to me.
@fatuus I wish they are here at Mastodon.
@southking thanks. I wish the best.
I wish for a arch btw...
@fuyuhikodate same here, thanks.
