After careful consideration, @zemarmot decided to publish a third release candidate for 3.0.0, because some of the fixes we made changed some core logic. So we'll want a bit more testing.

~14 more reports to close (of course, this number fluctuates up and down as we progress, but our rhythm is good so far!) before RC3. 🧑‍💻
