Yesterday, after 1+ month of work, @zemarmot finally got rid of GtkAction/GtkUIManager code in codebase. In other words: the end of the port to +3!

There are still a few bugs and issues to handle before they would be merging their branch into the main source tree.

@GIMP As a side point, it made me look closer into toolbox, toolbar, menus code… which was very useful as it improved my understanding on how several features in my personal roadmap 🎯 will be implemented. Such as: adding a toolbar, improving the toolbox usability… 😄
